As Technical Support Engineers we are actively engaged in the Customer service support & Service continuity processes for the Film and Scatterometry Technologies (FAST) covering multiple aspects of Service readiness, field support & reliability improvements. This includes supporting field escalations, supporting field service team & onsite support various system and subsystems. The Technical Support Engineer must possess strong sense of purpose, continually seek to improve self, others, and processes. Work requires supporting field service escalations, coordinating with many engineering fields to drive solutions, driving post-mortems and standardizing solutions to drive CIPs’ and serviceability requirements for new products. Must be effective in matrixed work environment. Travel will be required. We are looking for candidates who are seeking professional growth and can demonstrate leadership attributes.
