About The Position
The Technical Solutions Engineer (TSE) at CareStream Dental is responsible for providing escalated technical support to customers, field personnel, dealers, and third parties. The role focuses on minimizing customer impact by resolving incidents quickly and restoring business operations. Additionally, the TSE trains remote support and field personnel to enhance first contact resolution rates and conducts root cause analysis to identify and address problem trends.
