As a Technical Support Engineer, you will be the hands-on technical backbone supporting Optimum’s enterprise validator partners and node operators. This role requires a deep understanding of distributed systems, networking, and blockchain validation—bridging between our engineering and customer-facing teams. You’ll deploy, monitor, and troubleshoot Optimum’s core products across validator and node infrastructure, ensuring smooth operation and optimal performance. You will serve as both an internal and external technical authority—helping partners resolve complex integration challenges while providing valuable feedback to engineering to improve product stability, performance, and usability. This role sits at the intersection of engineering, customer success, and infrastructure operations, offering the opportunity to work directly on the systems that scale the world computer.
