As a Technical Support Engineer at Baker Hughes, you will be responsible for providing post-sales support and service coordination to resolve customer issues. This includes technical repairs, coordinating field services, and addressing other service requests. You will ensure compliance with the Manage the Job Cycle (MTech) process and act as a Subject Matter Expert in your area of support. Your role will involve supporting the field technically through various media, providing 24/7 support for critical operations, and sharing knowledge across the organization by submitting best practices and lessons learned to the knowledge management database. Additionally, you will follow up on field failures requiring technology involvement and communicate issues and lessons learned to the Engineering and Technology organization. You may also handle special projects as required.
