Job Summary Provides expert technical support for IT systems, leads complex troubleshooting efforts, and ensures the stability and efficiency of technology infrastructure. Essential Functions All team members are expected to be knowledgeable and compliant with Prisma Health's purpose: Inspire health. Serve with compassion. Be the difference. Installs and configures ITS hardware solutions and software applications for the enterprise utilizing approved tools and methodologies Leads the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment, including servers, workstations, and networking devices Troubleshoots and resolves complex challenges related to ITS hardware and software. Mentors technical and application teams on hardware standards and requirements Creates and maintains standards documentation related to hardware and software solutions including mobile devices. Performs hardware and software updates to ITS solutions including mobile devices. Conducts regular audits of IT equipment and ensure compliance with company policies. Utilizes user Active Directory to manage user and hardware needs Responds to customer inquiries and work with end users to assure their issues are addressed appropriately Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Education - Associate degree in Information Systems or related field of study.
  • Experience - Five (5) years related work experience
  • In Lieu Of Equivalent combination of education/work experience may be considered in lieu of requirements detailed above.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple assignments and tasks
  • Strong understanding of networking, hardware, and software troubleshooting
  • Familiarity with IT infrastructure monitoring tools and technique
  • Experience with server and workstation setup, configuration, and maintenance
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Knowledge of office equipment (fax/copier)

Responsibilities
