About The Position

Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Provide friendly and enthusiastic assistance for technical queries.
  • Guide customers through setup and troubleshooting via phone, in-person, or remote systems.
  • Enhance customer relationships with value-added services.

  • Collaborate with the sales team to provide updated information.
  • Maintain network stability and promptly solve technical disruptions.
  • Record cases, improve processes, and aid in product testing.
