About The Position

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our Technology team. The Technical Support Analyst Intern will provide first-line technical support to end-users experiencing IT issues, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and network problems. This Intern will also assist in resolving help desk tickets efficiently and escalate more complex issues to higher-level technicians. Requirements

  • Basic knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS) and software applications.
  • Familiarity with troubleshooting common IT hardware and peripheral issues (printers, routers, etc.).
  • Ability to follow standard procedures and provide clear technical instructions to non-technical users.
  • Ability to analyze simple IT problems and provide clear resolutions.
  • Effective communication skills to guide users through troubleshooting steps via phone, email, or chat.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tickets and prioritize tasks.

Nice To Haves

  • A+ certification a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to help desk tickets via email, phone, and online portals.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve basic IT hardware and software issues.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff when necessary.
  • Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions in the ticketing system.
  • Assist with setting up new employee workstations and basic IT configurations.
