We’re the catalyst to better energy for you, your community and our planet About the Role: The Entry-Level Technical Support Agent will be the first point of contact for customers experiencing technical issues related to Booster Fuels' BOS hardware and BOS Deliver software. This role requires excellent communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and a commitment to providing "white glove service". The agent will be responsible for gathering information, troubleshooting issues, and escalating unresolved problems to the appropriate teams.
