Assist the pre-treatment printing workshop in achieving factory KIP indicators. Collect daily production issues and provide improvement measures. Summarize daily equipment issues and track the progress of resolution. Assist in managing auxiliary materials in the printing workshop to ensure sufficient production supplies. Train personnel in the pre-treatment printing workshop for main control positions, including operation, process, equipment, and quality training (on-site guidance). Production process operation training. Equipment operation and daily maintenance and quality process inspection. Analyze and explain questionable and non-conforming products in the pre-treatment printing workshop, and perform traceability assessments. Process point inspection and quality inspection standards. Handling procedures for nonconforming products. Collection of defect data. Assist in planning and arranging the production mode of the pre-treatment workshop. Coordinate planned production tasks and arrange work for team members. Organize, plan, and match the work of production team members. Assist the management team in ensuring safe production, improving labor efficiency, reducing costs, and meeting customer requirements. Collect and analyze process defect data, and track the implementation progress of improvement measures. Track and improve the effectiveness of on-site measures for defects to reduce process defects. Organize and promote workshop TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) and 5-Star Team activities. Organize TPM and 5-Star Team activities for team members. Summarize and present the progress and results of TPM and 5Star Team activities. Build team cohesion and improve the quality of activities.
