About The Position
The position involves assessing the technical strengths and areas for improvement among HVAC or plumbing field associates. The role requires delivering hands-on and classroom-based training programs focused on safety protocols, technical skills and certifications, Goettl-specific operational procedures, and professional appearance and uniform standards. Additionally, the position includes conducting ongoing field assessments and feedback sessions, creating and managing learning paths for employee development and advancement, and tracking training results and compliance with regulations and safety standards. Staying current on industry trends, building codes, and best practices is essential, as well as leading monthly safety meetings and training sessions at the branch level.
