About The Position
The Technical Superintendent at APL is responsible for overseeing the operational and technical support of assigned vessels, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards, and managing vessel maintenance and performance. This role involves close collaboration with shipboard personnel and the Fleet Director to address operational issues, maintain vessel certifications, and prepare budgets. The Technical Superintendent also plays a key role in crew management and development, as well as in the preparation and execution of dry-docking procedures.
