We are looking for a Technical Success Manager (TSM) to join our Customer Success team. In this role, you will serve as a trusted technical advisor to a portfolio of strategic customers. You'll work closely with product, engineering, and marketing teams-both internally and client-side-to drive technical adoption, resolve issues, and unlock product value and business desired outcomes. The ideal candidate is technically adept, customer-obsessed, and excited to operate in a dynamic, evolving ecosystem.
