Job Description As Technical Success Manager, you will own the technical onboarding and ongoing execution for our client’s customers. You will manage integrations, tracking accuracy, and platform configuration to ensure clients launch smoothly and achieve measurable results quickly. You will act as the technical bridge between clients, product, and engineering, translating business requirements into reliable system configurations while proactively identifying opportunities to improve processes and automation.
