About The Position

Help our clients succeed with technology. DenaliTEK is seeking a Technical Success Manager (TSM) who takes ownership of client technology environments and ensures they remain secure, stable, and continuously improving. The Technical Success Manager serves as the technical steward for assigned clients, ensuring their systems align with best practices, security standards, and lifecycle planning. This is not a helpdesk role. The Technical Success Manager acts as a trusted advisor, bridging the gap between our technical team and our clients’ leadership.

Requirements

  • Strong experience with several of the following: Microsoft 365 / Entra ID Windows Server and Active Directory Networking infrastructure (firewalls, switches, VLANs, VPNs) Backup and disaster recovery systems Endpoint management and patching Virtualization (Hyper-V / VMware) Cybersecurity tools and best practices MSP platforms such as ConnectWise, IT Glue, and Lifecycle Insights
  • Excellent client communication skills
  • Ability to translate technical issues into business impact
  • Strong organizational and planning abilities
  • Proactive mindset focused on prevention and improvement
  • Ability to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working within a managed services provider (MSP) environment is highly preferred.
