ISRP CONTINGENT - Technical Subject Matter Expert – Video Program
About The Position
Role Overview: Provide expert guidance and support for complex video intelligence technologies, including Adaptive Central Receive (ACR) deployments and training. What This Means in Practice • On‑site performance at private client‑controlled locations is the default. • No guarantee of telework; alternate arrangements must be explicitly authorized. • Personnel may rotate between: Headquarters/central program offices; regional technical/operational centers; field/project offices; secure operational sites. • OCONUS travel is possible but not continuous — generally short‑duration planning, coordination, or specific mission support.
Requirements
- Deep knowledge of electronic surveillance/video systems in operational environments
- Experience leading large, multi‑site technical deployments
- Ability to brief senior stakeholders and operate in high‑risk urban environments
- TS/SCI eligibility
- 15+ years technical surveillance, video systems, or ISR video operations
Responsibilities
- Represent program leadership in adaptive radio/video working groups
- Plan, implement, and install ACR and video platforms across multiple cities
- Develop training materials and deliver instruction on video operations and backhaul
- Manage funding/reporting compliance related to spectrum/video projects
- Troubleshoot and optimize overt/covert video platforms; deploy in support of operations
