As a Technical Staff-System Architect on our Integrated Solutions and Ecosystems Team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of large-scale AI infrastructure. This position is based in Santa Clara, California, and involves working closely with high-profile AI customers to optimize solutions tailored to their specific applications. You will be at the forefront of innovation, driving advancements in datacenter technologies, including liquid cooling and power density solutions. Your expertise will be crucial in developing comprehensive solutions that span from compute to device delivery, ensuring that our offerings not only meet but exceed customer expectations. In this role, you will serve as a technical lead, collaborating with customers to understand project details and developing technical proposals that align with the internal Dell Engineering and Planning teams. You will be responsible for creating a complete solution overview, validating it with engineering teams, and proposing Bill of Materials (BOM) and Stock Keeping Units (SKUs) that meet technical requirements based on customer input. Your ability to define appropriate storage system configurations will be essential in satisfying production application performance and service level requirements. This position requires a deep understanding of product technology and system-level integration, as well as the ability to conduct presentations to peers and director-level leadership. You will leverage your knowledge of scale-out file/object storage and parallel filesystems to provide scalable shared access to data for compute clusters, ensuring that our products remain competitive in the market. Your contributions will not only influence product architecture but also help shape the future of AI technologies at Dell Technologies.
