The Technical Specialist Representative serves as a key member of the Member Services team, delivering world-class technical support to GOLFTEC and SkyTrak members across phone, chat, email, and ticketing platforms. This role is responsible for diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, browser, mobile, and connectivity issues while providing clear, solution-focused guidance to both technical and non-technical users. The representative proactively equips members with troubleshooting resources, maintains detailed support documentation, and collaborates cross-functionally to identify and resolve recurring technical challenges. In addition to frontline support, this role contributes to knowledge base development and assists in onboarding and training new team members, ensuring a consistent, high-quality member experience.
