The Technical Specialist provides advanced document processing services and general support, creating a variety of documents and materials using advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite products and other firm supported software.
Use word processing software and other technical applications to input, edit, format and spell-check documents
Use more advanced features of software applications
Assist with more difficult and complex production assignments
Train and mentor document production specialists
Perform scanning, clean-up and formatting of images for more advanced level projects
Proofreading; responding to inquiries regarding status of projects
Answer routine and complex questions regarding basic applications and department procedures
Assist the IT department in answering routine and complex help desk questions
