This role requires deep expertise in NetSuite's data structure, APIs, and integrations to help design, develop, and maintain custom solutions that enhance our business operations. The ideal candidate will work closely with developers and functional SMEs to understand business needs and translate them into efficient NetSuite solutions.

Analyze NetSuite's data structure and optimize data flows across modules and external systems.
Design and manage NetSuite integrations with third-party and custom applications using RESTlets, SOAP, SuiteTalk, and other integration methods.
Develop integrations between NetSuite and other business systems using ETL tools, iPaaS platforms, and APIs.
Create and maintain technical documentation, including system architecture, workflows, and integration points.
Develop and implement NetSuite customizations using SuiteScript (1.0 & 2.0), SuiteFlow, and SuiteBuilder.
Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and debugging to ensure high performance, reliability, and data integrity across systems.
Provide technical support and guidance on NetSuite best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (finance, operations, and IT) to ensure seamless system functionality.

3+ years of hands-on NetSuite development experience.
Deep understanding of NetSuite's data model, saved searches, workflows, and custom records.
Experience with SQL and database management related to NetSuite.
Experience integrating NetSuite with third-party and custom applications using REST, SOAP, JSON, and other APIs.
Strong proficiency in SuiteScript (1.0 & 2.0), SuiteFlow, SuiteTalk, and SuiteBuilder.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills and ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Familiarity with middleware solutions such as Celigo, Dell Boomi, MuleSoft, or Workato.
NetSuite certifications (e.g., SuiteFoundation, SuiteCloud Developer, or SuiteCommerce Developer).
Experience with ERP implementation projects and business process automation.
Background in finance, accounting, or supply chain operations.
