In coordination with ACL protocol, reviews current policies and procedures. Writes technical procedures and policies utilizing ACL standard format. Monitors and documents policies in policy management program (Policy Tech) Routinely performs clinical testing as part of daily responsibilities. Ensures compliance with policies and procedures. Performs moderately and/or highly complex analyses with accuracy and precision. Utilizes theory and principles of clinical methodology throughout the process. Reviews manufacturer’s inserts. Revises written procedures as needed to reflect all changes. Reviews preventive maintenance schedules, records daily for all assigned equipment. Initiates corrective measures when needed. Troubleshoots instruments. Makes minor repairs/adjustments within scope of manufacturers’ guidelines. Initiates service calls to restore full operation. Review and file instrument repairs records. Validates when troubleshooting efforts are completed by other associates on the team Participates in administration of competency testing program. Trains new associates and training students. Maintains training checklists. Maintains knowledge of developments within field of responsibility. Advances technical ideas for study and consideration. Promptly investigates all referred client service inquiries. Completes, returns findings within 24 hours of inquiry receipt.
