The Technical Specialist III position at Gulfstream Aerospace involves working on engineering projects that contain critical problems requiring major technological advances and extensive development. The role is responsible for managing an entire engineering project of significant complexity within an established scope. The specialist will make authoritative technical decisions and recommendations that impact extensive engineering activities, applying advanced technical principles and concepts based on broad expertise or unique specialized knowledge. The position requires leading the development of innovative principles and ideas, acting independently to optimize technical products, costs, and schedules, and developing standards and guides for diverse engineering activities. The specialist will also conceive and plan investigations in areas critical to the program where engineering precedents are lacking.
