Technical Specialist II - HLA Laboratory
About The Position
This position is open to individuals who currently work in Molecular Hem work unit only. Works with the Technical Specialist Coordinator and the lab management team to provide direction for the technical operation of the laboratory, including operation, maintenance and troubleshooting of laboratory instruments and assays. Validates and documents operational changes using the test life cycle process (TLCP). Provides direction for operational workflow and serves as an expert resource for the work unit. Responsibilities also include addressing customers concerns, developing and implementing new tests and services according to the Mayo Quality System Essentials. Completes other projects or assignments as assigned.
