About The Position
This is a technical sourcing engagement only for an AI start-up client. They are not staffing a full-cycle recruiter for this assignment. The person we place will be responsible for building pipeline for engineering roles -- not owning requisitions end to end. Full-cycle recruiting background is fine, but the work is sourcing. LOGISTICS This role is onsite Monday, Wednesday, and Friday each week at the client's Palo Alto office.
Requirements
- Direct experience building pipeline for Site Reliability Engineering (SRE)
- Direct experience building pipeline for Infrastructure engineering
- Direct experience building pipeline for Staff-level and senior software engineers
- The candidate needs to know how to find people who are not applying, not just work inbound queues or LinkedIn Easy Apply pools.
Nice To Haves
- Experience sourcing for Product Management (PM)
- Experience sourcing for Technical Program Management (TPM)
- Experience sourcing for Product Design / UX
