About The Position

We are seeking a Technical Sourcer/Recruiter to join our team on a contract basis. This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in recruiting, particularly in sourcing software engineers, and will be responsible for managing the recruitment process from sourcing to hiring.

Requirements

• 8+ years of technical recruiting experience in a corporate or agency setting OR 8+ years of non-technical sourcing recruiter experience in a corporate setting
• Bachelor's degree
• Strong experience in Boolean search
• CTS/ATS experience with sourcing, tracking, and managing candidates
• Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects, and client relationships
