Cyngn is seeking a Technical Sourcer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and nurturing top technical talent to support our engineering, robotics, and AI teams. You will play a key role in building a strong pipeline of candidates and collaborating closely with recruiters and hiring managers to drive hiring success.

  • Proactively identify and engage passive and active candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels.
  • Build and maintain a diverse talent pool for current and future hiring needs.
  • Initiate contact with prospective candidates, assess interest levels, and provide a compelling pitch about Cyngn's opportunities.
  • Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop sourcing strategies.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor hiring practices, and emerging talent pools.
  • 2+ years of technical sourcing experience, preferably in autonomous vehicles, AI, robotics, or software development industries.
  • Strong understanding of software engineering, embedded systems, and machine learning technologies.
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or similar platforms.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with candidates and industry professionals.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Must have an LLC or registered business entity (such as sole proprietorship with EIN and DBA) to qualify for contract engagement.
