About The Position

As the primary ambassador for Innovation at Cotality, the Technical Solutions & Experience Manager (TSEM) serves as the face of the company’s technological "art of the possible." This high-visibility role is centered around the Discovery Center, an immersive technology showroom where you will engage with over 300+ visiting CXOs annually. By bridging the gap between complex property information services and strategic business solutions, the TSEM showcases how clients and partners can advance their goals through Cotality’s premier services. This multi-faceted position requires a unique blend of high-energy presentation skills and hands-on technical proficiency. You will collaborate daily with senior executives, product groups, and sales teams to deliver world-class demonstrations to C-suite prospects. Success in this role demands the operational know-how to manage sophisticated showroom technology alongside the professional polish necessary to influence and inspire industry leaders.

Responsibilities

  • Presentation: The TSEM will be one of the primary presenters for Cotality in the Discovery Center - accounting for 30+% of presentations The TSEM will strive to become an expert on Cotality’s capabilities as a premier property information services company and train new presentation cohorts to help present its innovative, “art-of-the possible” experiences.
  • Manage Visits: Specifically, TSEM will manage experiences of the visiting CXO’s and organization of the customer visit. This organization includes the following tools and processes Information & internal website for visit planning Booking and support through a help center Organization of the presenter’s assignment and detailed schedules (in many cases, the TSEM will be the presenter) Collection of feedback and global KPIs
  • DC Content, Ops & Tech: The TSEM will manage the Discovery Center Content and Experiences using the Content Management System and will help onboard new experiences. The TSEM will also manage all aspects of Discovery Center Technology Operations Specifically, the TSEM shall ensure that the hardware, software and content components of the bleeding-edge innovation center are functional. To that end the TSEM will perform regular quality control, manage obsolescence, upgrades and maintain a run book (including disaster and recovery processes) The TSEM will also manage the alert and escalation process for incident resolution and coordinate & collaborate with technical services in Cotality (CloudOps, Network, Security …)
  • Manage R&D Tech Environment: The TSEM will also manage the R&D team's tech environment and help drive innovation initiatives for the team and the firm. Actively manage the R&D operating environment of the R&D development team - permissioning, usage, software environments & serve as daily liaison with the TSG teams Build and manage tech tools and systems for the R&D team Help develop apps/POCs as needed
  • Help Create New Initiative POCs & Experiences: Being a part of the R&D team, the TSEM will also help create and shepherd some of the very innovations that drive Cotality as a premier property information services company.
