About The Position

Astor & Sanders Corporation (Astor), an award-winning IT solutions provider headquartered in McLean, VA, is seeking a Technical Solutions Engineer. This is a full-time, hybrid position based in the McLean area, requiring onsite 3x times per week. Roles & Responsibilities Engage with clients to understand challenges and develop appropriate proof of concepts and technical solutions Support delivery management, relationship building with key stakeholders, business growth aspects, program support, and customer satisfaction Lead technical discussions and presentations Continuously evaluate existing and emerging technologies Hands on support of all stages of proposal efforts Provide technical leadership to Center of Excellence to build out proof concepts Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of specific experience as a Technical Solutions Engineer supporting software development and cloud transformation related programs for Federal Government clients.
• Technical experience working hands on with current technologies for modernization, digital transformation, and AI/Machine Learning.
• Excellent written and oral communications skills (e.g., ability to generate and present briefings on corporate capabilities to key stakeholders, write proposals, articulate technology solutions, etc.)
• Working knowledge of all facets of information technology specifically Application Development & Modernization
