In gTech Users and Products (gUP), our mission is to advocate for Google's users by creating helpful and trusted experiences across the product ecosystem. We achieve this by meeting partners and consumers where they are with support and help, representing their needs with our product partners and proposing fixes and features that elevate their engagement with Google's diverse product ecosystem. Additionally, we provide a range of product services that ensure our products are optimized for every user, no matter where they are in the world (e.g., localization, digitization, partner integration, and more). At gTech's Users and Products team (gUP), our mission is to help users get the most out of Google. We represent Google's users and many of our partners globally, sharing insights with the larger Google organization to enable exceptional customer and product experiences. CGX is part of the larger Knowledge and Information (KIC) Core Product Vertical, which is responsible for the support strategy for some of Google's largest products (Search, Gmail, Cloud/Workspace Payments, Maps, and Gemini). The x-unit team within CGX focuses on optimizing internal business operations for the KIC organization. In this role, you will be the primary technical liaison between product verticals, engineering, and operations teams. You will be responsible for providing critical technical solutions that enable the KIC Product Vertical's initiatives and daily operations. You will use technical expertise and excellent collaboration skills to translate business needs into technical requirements and deliver tools that drive operational efficiency.
