About The Position

The Technical Solutions Consultant at Xtremepush plays a crucial role in supporting clients by providing technical expertise and guidance on the Xtremepush platform. This position involves working closely with both internal teams and external clients to ensure effective platform setup, onboarding, and ongoing support. The consultant will leverage their technical skills to assist clients in creating complex computations, analytical dashboards, and machine learning models, ultimately enhancing client satisfaction and driving business success.

Requirements

• Proven technical support experience, preferably for SaaS platforms.
• Strong understanding of web fundamentals (HTML, JavaScript, CSS, HTTP).
• Good knowledge of RESTful APIs.
• A strong interest or previous experience with AWS.
• Strong and demonstrable SQL skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Detail-oriented and organized, capable of organizing cross-functional projects.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Work with new clients to understand their technical requirements and document these in a technical discovery document.
• Assist account managers by supporting existing clients with technical challenges beyond those that can be handled by support.
• Use SQL and analytical skills to deliver bespoke computations, dashboards, and machine learning models for clients.
• Support the strategic services team in delivering client briefs from a technical perspective.
• Develop a deep understanding of the Xtremepush platform to provide effective client technical support and services.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships to meet business-wide KPIs.
• Collaborate with sales executives, account managers, product owners, and strategic services teams to ensure a cohesive approach to client needs.
