Our role is to provide the support and solutions they need to integrate with our systems, turning complex technical challenges into seamless collaboration.
Requirements
- High School Diploma with 4-7 years of relevant experience in a related field.
- 4+ years in a technical systems role, such as Operations Support, Analysis, Sales, Product, or Project Management.
- Exposure to transaction processing systems and formats.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor's degree.
- B2B Retail or Hospitality System Integration with Hardware, Software, and System Service Agreements.
- MS Teams, Salesforce, and DocuSign.
- Executing contracts, licenses, and agreements.
- Project, product, or service management knowledge.
- Business Case Justification and Problem Management Process.
- Translating technical challenges and needs into business requirements.
- Related banking industry knowledge in POS platforms, retail merchant services, payment transactions, or payment gateways.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technical consultant, providing hands-on guidance to partners throughout their certification process.
- Distill complex business and technical requirements into actionable, clear deliverables.
- Evangelize the value of our solutions, confidently speaking to a range of technical and business audiences.
- Lead the planning and execution of projects from initial discovery to final product deployment.
- Proactively identify and solve technical and integration challenges, acting as the go-to expert for internal and external partners.
