About The Position

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Proven experience in a consulting role or similar position within the technology sector.
• Strong understanding of customer communication software and concepts and applications.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for effective client interaction.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies is a plus.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in supporting government accounts is a plus.
