The Technical Solutions Analyst III is responsible for development of technical requirements to ensure the integrity of the technology while supporting the business process and organizational goals.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Process Control Management, Information Technology, Operations, and/or related preferred.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Technical Writing, System Analysis, and/or related.
  • Knowledge and experience in project methodologies, and product ownership.
  • Knowledge and experience in technology business process development including business rules management.
  • Experience with commonly used technical diagramming methods and tools (UML).
  • Experience with Enterprise Architect or similar Diagram Software including version control capabilities.
  • Experience with implementing and managing applications.

Responsibilities

  • Prepares, maintains, and documents technical business requirements functional specifications to produce required documentation through Business Domain Modeling, State Charts, Activity Modeling, Use Case Modeling, and Sequence Modeling in both UML and Non-UML standards where needed.
  • Plans, develops, organizes, and prioritizes technical requirements to support both operational and project related work.
  • Researches, develops, and documents technical design specifications through Sequence Modelling, Activity Modeling, Deployment Diagrams, and other various documentation.
  • Articulates requirements both in technical and non-technical delivery both written and verbal communication based on the audience.
  • Creates, executes, and catalogs QA, System, and application-level test cases.
  • Investigates, triages, and troubleshoots escalated issues and system outages.
  • Performs root cause analysis and delivers corrective action and/or recommendations for desired outcomes.
  • Assists in training the Operations team and develops documented procedures to use in the incident-management process.
  • Troubleshoots and responds to incidents that have been escalated through the support queue.
  • Facilitates change management processes, including the development and execution of test scripts, communication plans, implementation plans, and rollback plans.
