Requirements

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• Basic understanding of operating systems, networking concepts, or databases.
• Demonstrated curiosity and willingness to learn enterprise technology.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with Linux command line.
• Exposure to container platforms (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift).
• Interest in enterprise infrastructure, mainframe computing, or cloud environments.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing IBM Z, networking, and storage environments for lab projects and engagements.
• Participate in team activities to support infrastructure alignment for client and internal demos.
• Shadow and assist in deploying Red Hat OpenShift, databases, and automation tools under the guidance of experienced team members.
• Learn to support proof-of-concept activities, performance benchmarks, and technology demonstrations.
• Document processes, lessons learned, and observations for team reference.
• Contribute to team Kanban intake by tracking tasks and status updates.
