The Technical Solution Expert II position at Waukesha-Pearce Industries, LLC involves managing all aspects of Grade Control Systems, which includes conducting demonstrations, providing training, and offering support to customers. In addition to customer training and support, the Technical Solution Expert II will be tasked with managing parts, equipment, tooling, and inventory necessary for the support of Grade Control Systems. Ensuring customer satisfaction is a key responsibility, which includes conducting follow-ups on each sale. The role also involves participating in company and regional communications and meetings, as well as managing communication between WPI, Komatsu, and Grade Control suppliers. The position may require performing other duties as assigned by the manager, emphasizing the need for flexibility and adaptability in the role.
