This position will report to the Regional Field Tech Supervisor – Central Region. POSITION SUMMARY The FiberTite Technical Services Trainee will acquire specialized knowledge and skills through supervised training and classroom education, both on and offsite. The goal is to develop a basic understanding of commercial roofing and FiberTite products over an 18-month period, preparing the trainee for a role in the FiberTite Technical Department as a Field Technical Representative.

Requirements

  • Minimum 21 years of age
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to relocate if assigned a field position

Nice To Haves

  • Fluency in Spanish or another language is a plus but not required

Responsibilities

  • Complete On-the-Job Learning (OJL) tasks and Related Technical Instruction (RTI) courses assigned.
  • Assist within the FiberTite Technical Department as needed.
  • Follow health and safety guidelines.
  • Work in the office and travel to other sites as required.
  • Receive feedback positively and build professional relationships.
  • Document lessons learned, developed skills and knowledge.
