About The Position
As a Technical Service Technician, you'll repair and maintain the audio/video systems for Cedar Point. Additional responsibilities include installation, maintenance and repair of digital and analog audio systems, video, projection, data displays and wired/wireless public address sound equipment and RF communication equipment. Requirements
- High school graduate or GED.
- Must have valid driver's license.
- Must join Laborers Union.
- Must provide own hand tools.
- Able to work at heights, including from catwalks, aerial lifts, crane baskets, scaffolding, and structure climb.
- Ability to demonstrate experience in electronic and Audio/Visual equipment.
- Willing to work various shifts and days with the ability to work nights, weekends and holiday periods to meet business needs.
Responsibilities
- Ensure tasks are completed within a timely manner.
- Perform repairs on two-way radios.
- Set-up and strike for unique events.
- Repair electronics down to the component level.
- Design and maintain automated A/V control systems.
