The Technical Services Supervisor-2nd shift, manages the day to day operations of the technical services department. In this role, you will be responsible for oversight of the technical services team, reviewing and maintaining BOMS for rack builds and chassis configuration, rack and stack completion, software/hardware integration, special projects, and continuous process development and improvement. You will work very closely with client services teams and project managers. This position will serve as the site subject matter expert for high-end networking equipment. This position is customer facing and responsible for assisting in all technical inquiries from customer. You will also collaborate regularly with the customer to assist in determining specifications for builds.
