Under the supervision of the IT Manager, this Technical Services Staff position supports general maintenance and support of the technology infrastructure. Engaging in troubleshooting for end users while providing exceptional customer service. They provide additional support during events to ensure that technology runs smoothly and responds to any requests from management. To proactively survey the venue’s technology and enterprise systems to ensure stability and functionality. This role pays an hourly rate of $16.00-$22.00.
