About The Position

As a key member of the Technical Application Group (TAG), you will play an essential role in formulating innovative nutritional supplement products, including organic and Non-GMO options, across various formats. Your work will support the formulation and manufacturing processes for our solid dose and powder products, enhancing our overall manufacturing operations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine existing products, address manufacturing challenges, evaluate new technologies and ingredients, and foster strong relationships with external partners. In this position, you will actively collect, evaluate, analyze, and summarize data while identifying potential cost-saving opportunities and proactively resolving any manufacturing issues that arise. Your contributions will be vital in ensuring that all activities comply with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs).
