Arconic is currently in search of a Technical Services Manager to join our Kawneer team based in Harrisonburg, VA. As a Technical Services Manager at Kawneer, you will lead and inspire a team of talented Engineers, Drafters, and Takeoff Technicians to drive innovation and excellence in our architectural aluminum systems and products. The team you’ll oversee is composed of 25 skilled professionals with an objective to design, engineer, draft, and perform material takeoffs for architectural aluminum façade applications. Under the general direction of the Commercial Business Manager, your role will be pivotal in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the combined groups to ensure necessary planning, execution, quality, and the successful completion of projects are met by timeline objectives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scopes, develop strategies, and implement initiatives that align with Kawneer’s commitment to sustainable and resilient building solutions.
