About The Position

Etnyre International is a growing, family-owned manufacturer of road construction and maintenance equipment. In this role, you’ll build lasting customer relationships by delivering real-time technical support, proactive training, and solutions that directly improve how customers operate and maintain their equipment.

Requirements

  • A 2-year degree, equivalent vocational training in related field, or experience in the field is preferred.
  • A broad knowledge of engineering principles and practices, as well as specific manufacturing and servicing methods is required.
  • Must have broad knowledge of the Company’s total manufacturing process as well as all of the product lines.
  • Good communication skills are a must.
  • Three to five years of experience in a similar capacity is desired.
  • Frequent climbing, bending, twisting and/or lifting approximately 55 pounds (and periodically heavier loads approximately 75 pounds) will be required.
  • All work will be done in a timely manner within established quality standards and consistent with Company policies, priorities and needs.
  • The individual holding this position has a broad responsibility for carrying out the objectives of the Company including supporting all company policies, meeting goals, and working as a contributing team member.
  • Performance will be measured on the function/duties described in the position description, accomplishments during the review period, and the methods/work skills used to achieve the goals.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical expertise with those customers who are operating equipment in the field with immediate, over-the-phone assistance
  • Provide consultation and training to customers and dealers on servicing, repairing and operating units
  • Produce detailed reports on service calls
  • Work with Parts Department to ensure availability of replacement needs as well as maintaining healthy inventory levels
  • Conduct trainings and service meetings for customers, dealers, and dealer service personnel as requested by supervisor
  • Partner with the Engineering Department to address product operation and serviceability improvement opportunities
  • Perform other duties as assigned
