We are seeking a driven Technical Service Representative , who will be located in the Green Bay WI area, for our Packaging and Hygiene Solutions segment . The role will support the customers of Green Bay Packaging and Georgia Pacific. The responsibilities include: Installing, servicing, and upgrading equipment in accordance with detailed instructions and work orders. Performing scheduled maintenance on customer installations to ensure that equipment continues to perform reliably. Maintaining accurate service records so that the performance of equipment can be monitored. Providing m maintenance of Kemira Product . Accepting and assisting in receiving deliveries. Processing jar testing at customer site. Maintaining the customer relationship. Supporting senior sales staff in maintaining customer processes. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent field experience in paper/chemical industries
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Testing and Analytical ability
  • Proficient in English (Written and Oral)
  • Knowledge of Microsoft office applications
