We're looking for a Technical Service Operator (TSO) to provide remote technical support for our kiosks. In this role, you'll assist field technicians and customers with troubleshooting hardware, software, machines, motors, and electrical issues. You'll manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, provide training, and ensure issues are resolved quickly and effectively. This position will be full time 5 days a week (including one weekend day either Saturday or Sunday). Pay typically starting at $22 an hour but is based on experience. After field training, this position is 100% remote.
