The HVAC Commercial Technical Service Manager (TSM) is responsible for supporting the 17/19/23 series Heavy Applied products by providing phone, written, and on-site support for new equipment shipped to the field from our plants in Charlotte NC, CMX in Mexico, and YLC in China. The TSM role includes technical phone support for Carrier technicians and independent contractors, as well as written technical and corrective action support. Field site visits will be required to provide local technical assistance for Heavy Applied Chillers. The position covers a portion of the US and International markets, with up to 30% travel expected in the North American market. The TSM will also ensure customer product satisfaction by coordinating warranty-related issues, handling training issues, and supporting equipment installation and service-related issues. Feedback on quality-related issues will also be provided to the Commercial Factories.
