The Technical Service Coatings Manager, Americas will be based out of Ashtabula, Ohio and will oversee and drive successful completion of customer application programs, technical service requests, color matching requests and resolution of customer complaints, assuring a high level of customer satisfaction. This role will coordinate technical reports to both internal and external customers and will work to convert opportunities and resolve issues in the most efficient means possible.
