About The Position

We are looking for an experienced Technical Service Engineer to join Vitrolife, based out of our Denver, Colorado location. This is a full-time position with nights and weekends available for on-call rotation with the other service team members.

Requirements

• Minimum Associate in tech program
• Preferred Bachelor's in engineering program
• Minimum 1-2 years of Tech or Engineering experience
• Preferred 4-8 years of Tech or Engineering experience
• Advanced PC Knowledge
• Hardware Assembly
• Software Setup
• Networking
• Troubleshooting such in IT, Electronic or Pneumation

Responsibilities

• Routine maintenance of the EmbryoScope TimeLapse and Culture Systems
• Installation of any capital equipment sold by Vitrolife
• Troubleshooting and repair of any capital equipment sold by Vitrolife
• Provide technical support both remote and on site
• Extensive travel (minimum 80%)
