Technical Service Director Purpose and Scope/General Summary: S eeking a Director of Food Safety and Quality Assurance to provide company-wide leadership and direction for quality assurance/quality control and food safety functions. The Director interfaces, directs, advises, and supports operations at all production and warehouse facilities with any quality, regulatory, and food safety practices. In this role, you will manage and advise regulatory staff with any labeling or regulatory issues. You will also support and represent the company with government agencies, vendors, customers, and co-packers. Additionally, you’ll direct Customer Service/Sales and advise Consumer Affairs on complaints or technical questions.
