General Purpose of Job: The Technical Service Agent Intermediate provides a single point of contact, 24/7, for all IT related issues within the Health System. Using ITIL standards and processes, provides first call resolution and acts as an escalation point for IT related issues. Identifies service issues and accurate documents and reports to appropriate leadership. Essential Duties : This job description is intended to cover the minimum essential duties assigned on a regular basis. Caregivers may be asked to perform additional duties as assigned by their leader. Leadership has the right to alter or modify the duties of the position.
