About The Position

This position is primarily responsible for interacting with customers in a call center environment to provide quotes, process sales orders, and respond to customer service needs, including billing and warranty by performing the following duties.

Requirements

  • Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and reading of manuals accurately.
  • Skilled in writing routine reports and professional correspondence.
  • Effective verbal communication skills for engaging with customers and collaborating with team members in both individual and group settings.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Nice To Haves

  • Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Three to six months of related CNG experience and/or training.
  • An equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

  • Professionally answer incoming calls in a call center environment and efficiently manage customer service inquiries.
  • Engage directly with customers through multiple channels including telephone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
  • Respond promptly and courteously to customer inquiries, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Effectively handle and resolve customer complaints with empathy and professionalism.
  • Accurately obtain and assess all relevant information to address inquiries and resolve issues.
  • Perform thorough customer verifications to ensure security and accuracy.
  • Process orders, applications, forms, and service requests efficiently and accurately.
  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams or resources in a timely manner.
  • Maintain detailed and organized records of customer interactions, transactions, inquiries, comments, complaints, and the actions taken.
  • Communicate clearly and collaborate with internal departments to facilitate quick resolution of customer issues.
  • Manage product returns and provide customers with timely updates on the status of their requests.
