Be part of our Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). Ventus Solutions is seeking a skilled Security and Hardware Technical SETA to support an innovative program. The ideal candidate will provide support to Program Manager ( PM). The ideal candidate will guide and supervise advanced research in secure software and hardware systems, coordinate technical reviews and assist with the development, integration, testing, and transition of prototype systems. Join our innovative team and contribute to impactful national security initiatives. Work Location: On site, Arlington VA. Travel: 10-20%

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in: e mbedded hardware development , e mbedded systems programming , c ybersecurity, particularly for embedded systems
  • Expertise in: S ecure Execution Environments (e.g., TEEs, TPMs) , Offensive and defensive cyber techniques including RE/VR , Cyber red-teaming and qualitative vulnerability assessments
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Self-motivated with excellent organizational and analytical skills
  • Familiarity with systems engineering principles
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science , Engineering, or a related field
  • Active Top Secret Clearance

  • T&E planning, infrastructure setup, and execution (CONUS and OCONUS)
